Made an appointment for an oil change. Arrived on time and was told that I would have to wait 3.5 hours before they would even get to me. What exactly is the purpose of making an appointment? Deceptive dealership service department. I delayed aim writing this review because I do not like bashing people. It has however been bothering me so I must leave a comment. I brought my vehicle in to the writing this review because I do not like bashing people. It has however been bothering me so I must leave a comment. I brought my vehicle in to the service department a couple months back for a warranty repair. There was little to no communication from the service department, they originally did not want to address my warranty issue, and they tried to sell me something I did not need. I was told I needed a new tire and it would be $237. I told him no thank you I’ll take care of it myself and assumed they were being honest. Well here we are just over two months later and I still have not put any air in a tire that had a slow leak next to the sidewall that could not be repaired. It makes me sick the deception this service departments exhibited. This is an issue where there is performance-based bonuses in the service department. More
