Worst service center for timely maintenance This service center continues to disappoint. For the second time I scheduled an appointment and my truck wasn’t ready because they ran out of time. Whoever is in charge of scheduling should not be allowed to continue. Since they are the only ford service center around they know that they don’t need good costumer service and they take advantage of that. Also they are the first ford service center I have visited that doesn’t accept the ford credit card that I git while stationed in Michigan. More

Actuator Switch Repair Issue was diagnosed as an actuator Switch located BEHIND the dashboard. Entire dashboard had to be removed and replaced. Truck looks like no one ev Issue was diagnosed as an actuator Switch located BEHIND the dashboard. Entire dashboard had to be removed and replaced. Truck looks like no one ever touched it and the new switches are working GREAT. Heritage Ford diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and completed the repair in a very timely manner.
