I forgot my Red Sox bottle opener on the keyring of the car I traded and he made sure to get it and keep it until I picked it up. He also obtained the second key for the vehicle I purchased. It was a very good experience. I was his second car purchase as the new salesman at Heritage. The financial person Chad was great too. A lot of paperwork and he made it easy. Bill has an excellent reputation in this southern Vermont community and that quality carries over to his work as a sales person. When looking for a new car several months ago, I stopped to see Bill and he guided me, without pressure, to a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi. I love it! Fun to drive, and as Bill noted in our discussions, saves me a lot of gas. My thanks to Bill for introducing me to this model, and through his example, the student taught the teacher a valuable lesson. More

Far too often they know very little about their products and bring high pressure tactics that make the shopping experience a chore it does not need to be. I have no tolerance for the wide range of car sales tactics used to deceive customers and hide the true costs involved in purchasing a vehicle. This is the second vehicle I've leased from Heritage Ford this year and Dylan was very helpful and knowledgeable while avoiding the tricks and high pressure tactics so associated with high volume dealerships like this. It is nice to be able to go somewhere and get a good deal without having it feel like a battle. More

New guy wins us over, we changed dealerships after 12 years Recently we leased a 2017 Ford Escape SE from Heritage Ford and our salesman was Bill Labonte. When we walked up to the dealership he greeted us at t Recently we leased a 2017 Ford Escape SE from Heritage Ford and our salesman was Bill Labonte. When we walked up to the dealership he greeted us at the door, offered his handshake and introduced himself. Bill is new to this dealership but it is obvious he knows his stuff. He was able to explain the vehicle very well and obviously knew what he was talking about. Instead of going back and forth multiple times like we are used to, he only went back to his sales manager once to make this deal work. I must say after working with a different dealership on Shelburne road for 12 years this was refreshing!. We were looking to get our 6th vehicle from the same dealership and did not feel welcome or appreciated. Bill made us feel welcome and appreciated from the gate Thanks Bill, you are the best! See you in May for the other vehicle!! On another note the financial guy Chad Tobin was awesome, Thanks for all of your hep Chad.
