Charlie was very friendly, attentive, and focused on customer service during my new car purchase experience. Charlie made sure all the deal details were covered and I was very happy with his level of service. While at the dealership I also had the pleasure of working with Stephen Lehr and Steve Conners. Both were also very professional. Stephen finished the financial portion of the sale and was very meticulous, professional, and friendly. While at the dealership I also spoke to Patrick Crowley. Although Crowley was not my direct salesperson, he was friendly and made sure I was being helped. While waiting for delivery of my new car, I noticed a few of the little things that make Heritage Ford top notch. While sitting in the waiting area I happened to notice Thomas Ward open the showroom door for a couple coming in to the dealership. I thought that the professional gesture of simply opening the door was top notch and I was very impressed. Again, Charlie was my primary salesman and I was very impressed with his customer service. I would consider coming back in the future and recommending friends to the dealership. I'm very happy with my 2014 Ford Focus SE. More

Need a new vehicle with certain, peculiar restrictions I needed a new vehicle but I had certain restrictions as to the price and reasons for the models I could and could not accept. Chad listened and unde I needed a new vehicle but I had certain restrictions as to the price and reasons for the models I could and could not accept. Chad listened and understood without prying into personal reasons or making the restrictions uncomfortable to discuss. In no time I found myself test driving a vehicle I thought was out of my reach and I thought he had not heard my limitations about price. During the test drive, we discussed the many options and benefits of the vehicle as to my needs to such a point that I became so comfortable with it that I forgot we were on a test drive and felt I was driving a friend around town. That vehicle was an SUV that I thought I never wanted but he knew it would be the perfect vehicle for me. I had to have it at that point. I hate dealing with financing departments and he sensed my worry. He stayed between me and them and did all the leg work to make it happen. I know drive a much better vehicle than I thought I could and am extremely happy with it. He worked with both, myself and the financing department to insure the best chance to meet my financial needs. His professionalism was fantastic. He never got pushy or made me feel like I was just a chance to make a buck. I ended up leasing the vehicle (which I had always swore I would never do) at a much lower price per month than I ever thought possible. I look forward to my next opportunity to deal with Chad again. Chad is great! Was shopping for a Ford Explorer in the new body style but was having a hard time finding a newer used model at a good price in the color I wanted (wh Was shopping for a Ford Explorer in the new body style but was having a hard time finding a newer used model at a good price in the color I wanted (white or silver). Heritage had just gotten 1 in and didn't even have pictures on the website when I spotted the ad. Called Chad and told him I wasn't car shopping- that I was coming in to see that particular vehicle and bringing my 2 young children so please have it ready because the kids would get antsy and bored! Got there 40 min later and was greeted with a big smile and the car was ready for us to check out and drive. Slept on it and went back on Monday to buy it on my lunch hour. It was all so easy. I didn't have to do some stupid time-wasting interview like other dealerships subject you to. I wanted to buy a particular car so Chad and the staff at Heritage made it happen. Eight months later my husband was shopping for a truck (again a newer used model) so we headed right back to Chad at Heritage. Again it was easy and we were very pleased and drove out with our new truck on the same day. More
