My experience Because of the 0% financing we wanted to purchase a 2016 Ford Expedition EL. I called and was put in touch with Robbie. We talked and set up a time to come into the dealership. There we discussed the vehicle I wanted and Robbie & Co. were able to locate a vehicle that pretty much matched what I was looking for. There was some suspense about whether the other dealership would let go of the vehicle, but they did, and it arrived quickly. I requested that they deliver the car to me, but was rebuffed because of the need for E-signatures. Robbie told me to come in early, because he knew I didn't want to stay long. After a thorough demonstration it was back to the dealership where we signed the papers. 1.5 hrs...not too bad. Robbie is very personable. I am happy that he was able to handle the sale. He seems like a good person. Chad was also very easy to work with, and was honest and I left feeling like I made a good choice. More

We've had a Prius and a Prius V from Heritage, which we loved, but, this new Ford C-Max Energi is so comfortable and fun to drive! It is rated at 88 MPG, however, Cathy can drive it to work and home without the gas engine even coming on when we have plugged it in and charged it. We even can shop two towns away and make it back home on only electric power, and at times only using the gas engine for a small portion of the local trip for a fuel rating of 194 miles to the gallon! Using just the hybrid system we average 43-44 MPG. The technology in this car is so much fun! Mia, our sales person, was a delight to work with, and Abby, who did the final paper work was so professional and fun. We thank all of you for helping us lease our new C-Max Energi.
