Excellent customer service. Honest folks. Will come back again. They pointed out just how poorly designed my Ford Lemon Hybrid is and I concur. If you need a car that discharges 12V batteries over a few weeks even after having every repair and recall performed, then Ford has your next headache. Lol More

Nikki was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable about the vehicles, friendly, accommodating with covid protocols and generally on top of everything. The dealership is hit or miss. They tried to right the wrong with us discovering a vehicle we purchased used had been smoked in - which we didn’t realize due to masked test drives. The layout of the dealership is confusing and often crowded, so it’s hard to drive around. Wish they would have had more wiggle room on the price, especially given that they should have known the vehicle was smoked in. More
