Diesel Excursion Pros i have a 15 year old diesel Excursion with well over 200k miles on it. i have used 5 different dealer service departments over the years and Heritage i have a 15 year old diesel Excursion with well over 200k miles on it. i have used 5 different dealer service departments over the years and Heritage is by far the best. They kept me informed the entire time, solved all of the issues i had. The 'rumble' was not the transmission as i thought but wheel bearings, the slow coolant leak wasn't blown head gaskets (thank goodness) but a leaky thermostat housing gasket. Solved the steering issues, 4x issues. i now have the confidence its not going to break down on me 500 miles from home. They are a dealer so obviously not the cheapest place to get work done but when i want to not be ripped off and have experienced techs work on my vehicle i am willing to pay a fair price. which is what i was charged - i do a fair amount of the maintenance myself so i know what parts cost and how long it takes to do work. oh yeah and Heritage is 250 miles from where i live but they came highly recommended by a friend and it was well worth the journey. More

Latch and lock replacement on Ford Edge Had a recall on Ford edge for Driver door side latch . Had been an issue for a considerable length of time. Also key never worked in door lock. Mike LeClerc was my contact and took care of everything. He was polite, well spoken, and keep us informed through out the process. Was actually a pleasure to have vehicle repaired at Heritage ford.
