Service Manager - Poor Attitude, doesn’t value customers opinion in regards to their automobile… Service Advisor - Enjoys making excuses for the Service Dept. attendance problems my last 3 service visits… opinion in regards to their automobile… Service Advisor - Enjoys making excuses for the Service Dept. attendance problems my last 3 service visits… The Service Dept problems become the customer problems… Dealership Manager - His employees reflect his attitude, from top to bottom… He intentionally insults the customer knowledge for repeated Service Dept. issues by stating my Denial was to old with to many miles, was the result of my brakes continuing to squeak from a total replacement of front & rear brake pads and rotors… I’ve come to expect my Denial to be in that Services Dept. shop for a minimum of 3-7 days for routine maintenance because of being short of help… More
