This visit was no exception. We bought a beautiful 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD SLT and couldn't be happier with the truck, the deal, and the trade-in allowance on our 2015 Sierra (which, incidentally, we bought from him). I went to Heritage GMC for a comparison between a diesel truck and a gasoline truck. It really was not the best day to shop for a truck due to a storm and heavy rain. Steve greeted us, and with his "can do truck and a gasoline truck. It really was not the best day to shop for a truck due to a storm and heavy rain. Steve greeted us, and with his "can do and won't stop" attitudes, he showed us the new 2024 GMC Denali HD Ultimate, drove us around, showed us how to use the multiple cameras to assist on everyday driving, demonstrated to the wife how easy it was to park this big truck. At the end of the day, we told him how much we wanted to pay for the truck, and he got us the deal. It was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. Definitely A+++ for Steve Tollivar and Heritage GMC Rockwell Team. Well Done. More

Waited almost 2 hours for oil change and change sensor on one tire. Went to inquire about the wait and shortly after that, my car was complete. I thought Dealerships wash customers vehicles after they are serviced. More
