I came all the way from PA to buy this car on the agreement that they will re ***0 rating..*** Annoying and frustrating experience with sales people. I came all the way from PA to buy this car on the agreement that they will reduce the price by $1000. I was getting the the car for same price from some other dealers. They checked with 2-3 managers and asked me to come. When I arrived they pulled my credit history and told they can’t give me the car for the price they agreed. So I increased my offer by $200 e tea. They applied loan to 3-4 banks and asked me to pay original price ( no less of $1000) again and not honoring the agreed price. They should have told me clearly before I come there. They wasted my 2.5 hours for nothing. I ended up not buying the car. worst experience ever. More

I was able to go and immediately talk to my sales rep, Mike Ballard. We were able to go on test drives in a vehicle we wanted easily. He was able to explain to us all the features of the car and ultimately work out the deal that we wanted! Sheila Nesbit was a great help as well in helping finalize the paperwork as we were in a rush to wrap up. Great overall experience. More

Sheila was very nice and listened to me I went in to the dealership looking for the sales manager Brian . Who i met out and about town . it was a few months ago , Brian remembered me, and tu I went in to the dealership looking for the sales manager Brian . Who i met out and about town . it was a few months ago , Brian remembered me, and turned me over to Shelila. I told Sheila what i was looking to do and she was very helpful . Sjeila showed me the cars i asked about and took a test drive . This car was for my wife who was at work till later that day . I told Sheila I would be back when she got off. I had my trade looked at so it would speed up this process. I came back with with she took a test drive and we made a deal . Very easy and nice to bussiness with . The service is TERRIBLE. Christina and her team are rude and try to screw you out of money. Tried to get me to pay $700 when other Honda dealers I called priced me at $350 for the same work. When confronted Christina beat around the bush and couldn't give me an answer. When I asked why a different service was performed than the one I asked, she was not educated on the issue at all and told me I should just be happy because the service ended up being cheaper. NO! If I wanted a different service I would have gone somewhere else. They do not inform there costumers of a change in service until the work is performed. NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING! Dealt with serval other Honda dealers before to have my car serviced and never had any issues. This dealer has awful customer service. More
