The service at Heritage Honda in Bel Air was excellent. I was greeted courteously after driving into the service bay and explained that I had an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment. They are great getting me in for an appointment but have been unable to solve the issue with my 2018 CRV which started while under warranty. Bought vehicle from Harrisburg PA location, was told to take it to the BelAir MD location for MD state inspection, made an appointment for Tuesday morning for 9:20am, dropped vehicle off the night before. take it to the BelAir MD location for MD state inspection, made an appointment for Tuesday morning for 9:20am, dropped vehicle off the night before. Called for status Tuesday afternoon and vehicle wasn't even looked at, was told I would receive a call back later that evening. No call, had to call again Wednesday morning was told the work that needed to be completed and was told it would be done by Thursday morning and I would get a call. Had to call again Thursday morning for an update was told it would not be ready until Thursday evening. It was unfortunate since we were to leave for vacation Thursday at 2, got a call at 630PM and said it was ready. Communication was a huge issue. More

I have intermittent transmission trouble not shifting into 2nd only in cool mornings. Internet says issue is a sticking solenoid. Dealership drove the car for a few miles and saw no codes. Says they don't see anything wrong but never checked the solenoid. I'll be going back with the same issue when it's cooler outside. They should have checked the solenoid while they had the vehicle.
