My boyfriend and I bought our first family car together and we had the most amazing experience possible. Derick and Max both went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car! The staff here is absolut and we had the most amazing experience possible. Derick and Max both went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car! The staff here is absolutely amazing. When we walked into the dealership the goal wasn't to just sell us a car. Derick and Max took the time out to really get to know us in order to find the perfect car. Not only did we walk in not knowing what we wanted but we also did this whole process with a toddler. The staff went out of their way to entertain and occupy our 3 year old to make the process less stressful. You would think the paperwork and finalization would be the worst part of it all but not this time. Mike got us in and out quickly and explained everything to us in detail to assure we walked out of there feeling great about our purchase. More

I had a great experience with Heritage Honda of Bel Air! I had a very minor issue with the keyless entry remotes on the used car I purchased and they took extraordinary measures to make sure everything was I had a very minor issue with the keyless entry remotes on the used car I purchased and they took extraordinary measures to make sure everything was right within 24 hours. Ed Svidunovich was excellent as my salesperson and both the finance department and the service department are top-notch. I highly recommend this dealership! More
