I originally wanted to see the Honda Insight but when I saw the car in person I didn't care for it all that much. I had the Civic on the back on my mind and Carl made the suggestion to give it a spin sinc saw the car in person I didn't care for it all that much. I haven't seen my car get 46MPG (yet) but it keeps increasing (currently at 35mpgp). I test drove the Civic LX coupe... I wanted the EX w/ Nav. About a week later he was able to get his hands on one. They keep going off the lots fast! My car came from the eastern shore! Rides great, sales guy is awesome. No complaints and I will definitely be back for more! Got a great rate on my car loan also!! Rick was extremely knowledgeable and extraordinarily friendly. Most important to me, Rick Tassone listened to what I had to say and heard what I wanted. Well, the dealership had what I wanted, right there on the lot, and off I drove. I have been buying cars for over 35-years and have to say that the customer service from Rick Tassone and Bel Air Honda staff provided for the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I were going to replace her 8-year old Pilot in a year or two, but given my experience with Rick (and to be honest, likely upcoming interest rate changes) we are going back to Bel Air Honda now.
