I met Angelo during the busy holiday weekend while I was shopping for a new car. I had the BEST experience today at the dealership. I wasn't sure if I was able to get the car I wanted, but Wayne was super nice and accomodating. On Friday I test drove a Honda Odyssey from Bel Air Honda while they were at the Festival in Bel Air for the new car show and sale. The salesman who helped me took my information down and said he would get while they were at the Festival in Bel Air for the new car show and sale. The salesman who helped me took my information down and said he would get back to me. Monday I stopped by the dealership to see if I could check out both the LX and EX models. The same salesman who took my information from the festival came up to me and said he was busy but he would get back to me and wouldn't show me any of the vehicles on the lot, he just told me to go home and wait to hear from him. I never did so I emailed Bel Air asking for a quote for a Honda Odyssey EX. I received an email from Killie McCoy quoting me $27,905 for a base EX with no dealer options (what I wanted). I went up to the dealership and she was gone for the day so J R Hamilton helped me. He showed me an EX they had on the lot and was very friendly and helpful. I had him look at a Mazda CX-7 we were looking to trade in which he did then he sat us down with a print out which stated the price of the vehicle was over $29,000 with an out the door price of over $32,000. I showed Mr. Hamilton the email from Kellie McCoy quoting $27,905. He then informed me that the EX they had was equipped with wheel locks and mud flaps so that was why the price was so far off from the quote. I told him I didn't want any dealer installed options and I wanted the price that was quoted to me on the email. He informed me that the wheel locks and mud flaps could not be removed and all the EX models they had were equipped with them. I walked out of the dealership frustrated that I had been lured there with a false quote. The next day my husband was contacted by another salesman (I can't remember his name and hubby didn't write it down). He told us he would go over all the numbers and run them past his boss and send us an email with the quote. After three calls he kept assuring us he would send an email and work with us but here it is a week later, no email, no contact. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time with this dealership. It should have been a red flag when the first salesman shooed me off the lot because he was to busy to show me the cars I wanted to look at. More

Gus made me feel at home from the moment I stepped into the door at Honda. I wasn't at all sure what to expect, but he walked me through the process and eased any doubts I may have had. He's a very personable guy, which for me made all the difference in the world! I was a business owner for 10 years, and believe in being personable and having good business ethics. It makes your customers more comfortable and confident in you, and Gus definately fit that bill. Also Terri in the pre-owned sales department also bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied before I left out that day. Made sure the car was to my satisfaction 100%. When I looked displeased with something, he did something about it until I was completely satisfied. He really went the extra miles for me (pun intended, haha!). I was really astounded at the great service from both of these guys making something happen for me! As a single mother, college student and having a full time job, I needed something I could depend on. I was also leery about being a woman walking into a dealership alone, that I may get ripped off! I felt that fear immediately go away when I was approached by Gus. He didn't seem at all like the kind of guy looking to jerk me around, and I appreciate that more than anything.
