The craftsmanship of skilled labor is extremely poor. All they care about is making a dollar and not a difference to their constituents. And the God awful rattling noise, you can hear it a mile away. Let's also discuss how they threw away my one year old battery that I had in my car. Mind you, I had a three year battery warranty for it. When I asked about it; oh, it was no good. The repair phone calls went from you need a starter, to a battery, to transmission failure, to you need a new engine. This place use to have competent service advisors, technicians, and overall great staff; however, this place has gone downhill. I'm getting work done, yet there's no loaner cars. More
