Unfortunately, I can't give a good rating as I have Not heard back from Todd nor anyone from the dealership. I emailed and spoke over the phone about a refund issue for a canceled maintenance package but heard back from Todd nor anyone from the dealership. I emailed and spoke over the phone about a refund issue for a canceled maintenance package but have heard nothing from Todd nor any staff since June 30, 2021. This is totally unacceptable and bad service. I've purchased two Hondas from this dealership and this is not what I expect from Heritage Honda. Total let down and lack of customer service.
