It was a very simple process that I completed within 5 minutes. A few hours later I was at the dealership and working with Terri Thompson. Terri was very easy to work with, honest, and very diligent about getting answer to all of my questions. She took me on three test drives over the course of two days. She and Gene even offered to accommodate my schedule by bringing the car to my daughter's workplace. Gene helped me arrange for financing which was pretty painless. I was very happy with my experience and I didn't feel pressured the entire time. I would buy again from Terri and Heritage Honda. More
