The service representative Mark Sowder was good enough to apply the online coupon discount which was somewhat of a relief and appreciated. He carefully explained what was needed, then pointed out noted items that were illustrated after work was done. I have used this service center since 2009 and for most part it has seemed worth the drive from Harford County. During the ride back home I did feel at ease and again felt the love of driving my car, just like it wasnew. More
