We originally went to Heritage VW to purchase a used car, but since they couldn't sell a certified Honda, we were taken next door to purchase the car.Both dealers were excellent.Our salesman Jimmy was a plea but since they couldn't sell a certified Honda, we were taken next door to purchase the car.Both dealers were excellent.Our salesman Jimmy was a pleasure to deal with and we never felt pressured.He did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the purchase.When we went to the finance dept, Seth explained everything to us and helped us choose options that were right for us.We realized that the car only had one key, so Will in the parts dept ordered a new one and it was there within 2 days.We haven't had any dealings with the service dept yet, but from what I've heard they are a pleasure to work with as well.We are very pleased with our purchase and are very happy that we made the purcahse at Heritage Honda. I went into this dealership with an internet option and found that even though the person that I had been interacting with was not there, the person that took over was very friendly and comforting. At first I was dealing with Eric to buyout the lease on my 2005 Civic. I dealt with him and Mike and they were both very nice. I took my Honda Accord for a preventive maintenance schedule. Few days later, the two engine belts went out of their place, although they were suposed to inspect them and andjust them (this part of the schedule. Then, the question is: why they charge so much? and why they do not disclose the fact that they are not going to touch your car and they are not going to take any responsability for their work? More

I was shopping for a new car and Heritage Honda was my first and ended up being my only stop.
