I've been purchasing vehicles over the course of the last 30 years and I must say this was by far the absolute best car buying experience for me (2017 I've been purchasing vehicles over the course of the last 30 years and I must say this was by far the absolute best car buying experience for me (2017 Civic Hatchback) and my niece/daughter, as this was her first time (at the age of 22) purchasing a new car (2017 Accord Touring). From the time we walked through the doors everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. Ernie, my salesman, great! The Sales Manager Keith, great! The Finance Gentleman Gregg, great guy! Robert Lee, the GM absolutely wonderful! They all made us feel like we were genuinely at home and a valuable part of the Westminster Heritage Honda family! We all laughed, talked, and shared stories and they all still extended the quality, professional customer service I like and expect from a business. We live in Aberdeen. Surely we passed many car dealerships including Honda dealerships on the way to Heritage but I'm glad we didn't shop any place else! They have a well put together team at Heritage Westminster! Finally I would like to say Ernie is the first car salesman to ever literally go over every feature in a new car with me/us. From my experience, most salespeople want the "10" top rating and a customer to be dishonest on their performance survey but not Ernie. He did his job and did it well! Will never buy or service another Honda elsewhere You know you love a dealership & its people when you'll drive 35 miles for an oil change. The service department here is excellent.
