Once we'd settled on a Honda Pilot, we emailed 7 dealerships within about a 2-hour drive in two states for their best offers. Chloe Ford, at Heritage Honda, was, by far, the most responsive, thorough, careful, and transparent salesperson we encountered. Having been burned by a Kia dealership in Harrisonburg, Va. four years ago, I asked a LOT of questions, I questioned fine print, I checked and double-checked everything, I told her exactly what we wanted and what we didn't want. Every day for a solid workweek, Chloe answered multiple emails a day; she was patient, answered each question with friendliness and honesty, and never once tried to slip in some upcharge for random "dealer-installed" wheel locks or appearance packages, or ceramic coating, or anything else we didn't want. She did the extra legwork of getting extended warranty and financing info we wanted from the finance department without hassle or run-around. Heritage Honda's ePrice and processing fees were the lowest of the 7 dealerships we emailed. Sure, we did our part to let them know we were real people and serious about this buy, and they were willing to trust us and give us everything we needed ahead of time to plan for a two-hour drive (each way) and leave the dealership within 2 hours with our new Pilot. Manager Ken and finance guy Lyle were also terrific. What is usually one of the most painful experiences in adulthood was delightfully pleasant (and when you're spending that kinda money, you want to feel good about it afterward). I would absolutely turn to Heritage Honda FIRST next time I'm in the market for a new car. More

Honor was a pleasure to work with and was very supportive. She was professional and very timely in her responses to our inquiries. The finance rep was courteous and polite but the unnecessary sales tactics to pressure us into warranties etc was a bit too much More
I was working with Steve Lord in parts. I had a Loyalty Card and he gave me excellent service in choosing ways to use my $250. He took time to go on line to get the best products!
