We have been coming back to Rob for the past 12 years, with 4 separate vehicles. He is always polite, pleasant, and honest. There are no secrets, and he clearly explains pros/cons of different offers with with 4 separate vehicles. He is always polite, pleasant, and honest. If we could plan far enough ahead, I would be scheduling my 2026 appointment now as there is no reason to look elsewhere.
