Brought vehicle in for service and was told we needed a new battery. After showing warranty for the current 19 month old battery, we were told we no longer needed a new battery and that everything was fin new battery. After showing warranty for the current 19 month old battery, we were told we no longer needed a new battery and that everything was fine. However, our car had starting issues and one time it actually stalled at a traffic light and wouldn't restart. We spoke to service manager and he didn't make an offer to further diagnose the problem other then to do a battery test that would take 2 hours. This process took 4 hours without being notified of the status and nothing was done to address the problem. More
