Honest and Helpful! Jack stood out among several salespeople at other dealerships who contacted me during my internet car search. Before I even visited Heritage, he took time to explain the differen salespeople at other dealerships who contacted me during my internet car search. Before I even visited Heritage, he took time to explain the different EV chargers to me over the phone--even texted me photos of level 1 and 2 chargers, so I could show them to the electrician who was installing my charger. It took a couple of months to find the car I wanted, and when it finally became available, I made sure to buy it from Heritage, just because Jack had been so honest and helpful during the early stage of my inquiries. He found the car I wanted and even went to another dealer to pick it up himself. Other sales guys said "We want to earn your business", but Jack Coco walks the talk. I love my new Kona EV! Jackie is a very respectful man that will do all that he can do to get you the deal you would like, but the ultimate decision ends up being made by the management and that is what happened to us, my offer was rejected by the manager and that is ok too, a deal has to work for both parties and thus no hard feelings on my part.
