He listened well and understood what I wanted, didn't try to oversell, and helped me make a very fair deal on a car I love. He was warm, open, knowledgeable and professional during my buying experience. He was patient and treated me as if my purchase was the most important purchase for Heritage. He took my son and myself on a test drive on Saturday. During the test drive he explained everything and every feature to us. I explained I wanted to think about it and he did not try to push me into buying the car that day. I thought about it over the weekend, called him Monday morning and he picked me up, took me to the dealership and him and the Heritage team closed by deal.
