Ms. James (Keke) was extremely slow, and I did NOT feel confident that she knew the products she was selling. There were multiple occasions she answered my questions with "I'll have to check on that" or "I confident that she knew the products she was selling. There were multiple occasions she answered my questions with "I'll have to check on that" or "I'm actually not sure about that", and more importantly, she even revealed herself that certain questions I asked were a repeat question from a recent buyer. Any competent salesperson would at least attempt to look up the answers to the questions they were not able to answer during their last sale, so they could be better prepared for the next potential customer. Even to this day, Ms. James has not answered one of my questions, and I ended up doing some online searches to figure out the answer myself. This was AFTER she has failed to reply to an email I sent her to inquire about that question yet again. To make the matters worse, it was very clear that she was going away to eat her lunch when she left us for >30 minutes to see the next person, after she had told us it should take "about 10 minutes." The only reason we still purchased the car that day was because of the shortage of cars in the market currently, and our experience with the financing person made up for the overall experience for Heritage. I would buy from Heritage again, but would really not like to work with Ms. James again. More
