Our experience overall was fine at the Heritage Hyundai dealership. The car buying process was straight forward and we were able to leave with a car we love. Their processes seem a little dated, we did our dealership. The car buying process was straight forward and we were able to leave with a car we love. Their processes seem a little dated, we did our due diligence up front filling out credit apps to try to make the process go as quickly as possible as we were bringing a toddler along for the purchase. We still ended up having to re-provide the same data that I spent 30 minutes completing online in advance. It took us over three hours from start to finish which I guess is standard but seemed like there was a lot of down time sitting around and waiting. Our experience with the finance person was very pleasant until we denied adding any additional coverage and then she became very direct for the remainder of our time together. Once we finally got the car I was disappointed with the "detailing" work. There were still stickers all over the car, dirt on the console and the ceiling, water marks on the exterior and streaking on all the chrome. By this point in time though we were just ready to leave. Jackie Coco Jr. was very kind and very easy to work with, we had no issues with him and would have no concerns working with him in the future. More
