Stan, Rodney, and Demetria were awesome throughout the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle and in any follow up questions we had afterwards. Stan was extremely helpful, informative, and professional. He made sure we considered the pros/cons, discussed all of the options, and addressed all of our concerns without being pushy or overbearing. Stan treated us with empathy and not just as "another customer". He walked through each of the car's features with us, explaining how they worked. After our purchase, we ran into an issue where the instructions for a specific feature were missing information and after asking Stan about it, he promptly followed up addressing the missing information and answering our question. If you have the option, would definitely recommend Stan hands down. Although there were some complications with availability of the Trim we were initially looking for, Rodney personally worked with us to find a solution that was more than fair. He didn't have to, but he went out of his way to ensure we were happy with both our new purchase and with the experience at Heritage Hyundai. It's rare to see someone go the extra mile in customer service, especially in the current car market, but Rodney did so, and we are happy he did. Demetria helped us through all of the purchase paperwork and extended warranty/add-on options, making what is usually a tedious and trying process instead into an enjoyable experience. She ensured we were fully informed of the options and then tailored a package to suit our needs without trying to push the options we didn't want. Definitely recommend Stan, Rodney, and Demetria! More
