Jack was fantastic. Helped me and my wife navigate a relatively involved purchase. Jack is a great communicator and stayed on top of the all details of the transaction. In short, Jack is the kind of guy who, when his shift ends at 9:00 PM but the sale doesn’t close until 11:00 PM, will still go out of his way to hook your wife’s phone up to Bluetooth and help configure the more advanced car settings before you leave the lot.
