We decided to swing by Heritage Mazda Catonsville before heading home. We are so glad we did! When we walked in the door it didn't more than a few seconds to be greeted and paired with a sales associate. We hit the jackpot! Steve Sherman was one of the best sales associate that we had ever worked with. (We have purchased several cars over the past few years). Steve showed us a top of the line Mazda CX5, it was gorgeous inside and out. We almost felt bad about loving this car so much because we had spent the last couple months researching another brand and vehicle. Steve still reassured us regardless what one we choose we would leave happy (Mazda CX 5 vs. Subaru Crosstrek) We overall felt Steve provided us with the best price around as well as service. We left that night (we came in an hour before closing) feeling confident that we would return the next day. Steve did not hound us about coming back in but simply gave us his cellphone number to call if and when we would return to buy the vehicle. We returned the next day and took our car for a final test drive and got all of the paperwork prepared. The process was not too long from sales to finance. Overall we are extremely pleased with our decision and the amazing customer service we received at Heritage Mazda Catonsville from Steve Sherman. Overall he is receiving 5 stars for above and beyond work. We can't wait to work with him again in the future! More
