From my first visit to the lot through my last, he was there with a ready smile and personable demeanor to answer all my questions, of which I had many. I was never pressured, and was only given honest and informed answers. Steve worked tirelessly to find me the best deal. I have owned many cars, and have spent many hours on car lots. He is the most personable and helpful salesman I have ever encountered. I would drive past five Mazda dealers to use the one where he works. Fantastic Service I heard a noise coming from my car, but when my husband got in to listen it didn"t happen. Over time the noise got louder and louder and even my husba I heard a noise coming from my car, but when my husband got in to listen it didn"t happen. Over time the noise got louder and louder and even my husband could hear it. I made an appointment with Philip and told him about this noise and that it sounded almost like a squeal. He explained that the noise was caused by the "squealer" hitting the rotor. He used an analogy of a 10 speed bike wheel to explain how my breaks worked. I often feel men in the automotive world talk down to me because I'm a woman. Philip didn't do that at all and made sure I was comfortable with the repair. He even let me walk back to see my old brake shoes and showed me what the new ones looked like. Thanks Philip! I"ll be back for sure!" More
