Heritage Mazda Towson

This was my first time buying a car alone so I was all new to the process. However, I feel like it took a long time to get the car since it was delivered from a different location and had to be cleaned an new to the process. However, I feel like it took a long time to get the car since it was delivered from a different location and had to be cleaned and gassed. Of course, Paris had to go through every additional option although I didn't want to hear about all the different options. I also had to order a title and make sure I had insurance which I assume is standard process but took additional time. I knew exactly what car I wanted but felt like I was being talked into a higher priced model. I also found out as soon as I got home that I had an email about an additional incentive. I've emailed Heritage Mazda a number of times and have yet to receive a response. Not sure if I was taken advantage of because I'm a woman who's not that knowledgeable about the car buying process. More

Greg was very professional and did not pressure me in any way. He was very knowable about the features of the vehicle I was interested in and took his time explaining some of the new safely features. The service before I purchased the car was great - the car was in great quality, the warranty was great, and the price was incredible. They were kind enough to deliver the car to my address, but it was a very long wait. More
