Karl was great! I recently brought my car in for a recall repair. While I was there I requested other work on my car. I was not sure what was wrong with my car, but K I recently brought my car in for a recall repair. While I was there I requested other work on my car. I was not sure what was wrong with my car, but Karl was able to identify the issue in a few minutes. He quickly gave me an idea of how much it would cost and tried to explore options that were affordable for me. He is the right combination on friendly and professional. He is great at relating to people, (I observed his interactions with other customers.) but he stays on task to get your car in and out. I have had many service professionals try to get me to repair things that did not really need repair. Karl was upfront and did not apply any pressure. I would buy more from Karl just because he did not apply any pressure. I was very happy with how quickly my car was repaired and with Karl's overall demeanor. More

Best dealership I have ever experienced This was the best experience I've ever had at any dealership. 2 weeks ago I did negotiations with Jody via email on a 2019 Mazda 3 Hatchback Preferred This was the best experience I've ever had at any dealership. 2 weeks ago I did negotiations with Jody via email on a 2019 Mazda 3 Hatchback Preferred. He gave me an offer that no one in PA could come close to and included all possible charges. Nothing was hidden. We drove down Saturday morning and the offer was still exactly as Jody sent me. Bo also was great to work with and showed us the car and setup our test drive. Mitch gave us a great trade in value for the car we came with and even waived a fee that they would incur that we had paid for at another company. Steve took all the time needed going thru all the documents. They were more than fair in our transaction, a pleasure to deal with and the most honest / transparent business you could imagine. I will definitely look to purchase another vehicle from this dealership when the need arises. And BTW, the car is awesome and so much fun to drive with features that I would expect on much more expensive cars!! More
