Everyone from manager to sales to accounting were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly they knew customer service, even at 12am! Devon and Wil were amazing on the phone before I visited the dealership, so I just had to drive there. Rob, Rodney Shawn and others also made my first car buying experience an excellent one. And as an added bonus, I met the man behind the voice...Wil Wells...I say again, you need your own entire radio station! (as a side gig of course :)) More

I really appreciate the work these guys put in with their wonderful attitudes, knowledge and expertise. Steve Ward sold me my Mazda 6 and I loved every minute of it (still loving the mazda). Made an appt got in early and he took care of me right away. Took the normal time but it felt like 30 minutes passed with Steve. I hope the higher ups know the gold that is in this dealership although I understand to sell is the job but these guys are golden and don't make you feel like a walking dollar sign. Thanks again and I will recommend and be back!! More

The first time I went we were not able to reach an agreement and I appreciated that they were not overly pushy in trying to reach a deal that day. They did contact me multiple times after leaving trying to earn my business and in the end I was able to get a fantastic deal on the car, definitely worth it! I am a person who rarely buys a car... preferring to run them until they die a natural death - so this is a foreign, and a bit scary experience. I was also furloughed during this time, though I needed a functioning car, so went ahead. I was devastated when despite all my research, and test drive - the car Amy sold us was absolutely wrong for us - the seat was so uncomfortable. I had to come back up to the dealership two days later to finalize the deal, and of course they suggested they would 'have a look'. I thought for sure after all the years waiting to buy that new car, I had made a terrible mistake. I feared that I was stuck, and they would just come up with a lame 'fix' or tell me to 'wait and see'... well not Amy, or anyone else there either. I explained the problem, and they accepted it, and began working immediately to solve my problem. Thanks to Amy, Ryan and the rest of the team... I got the right Mazda for me, and could not be happier! I even ended up paying LESS, and my finance rate was also LESS. (I had been pre-approved through my credit union for the first car). This was no small feat, to re-arrange the financing, registrations, etc. to close out the first car... so there was some follow up weeks later, and they've been great. With the furlough, I was not comfortable to get some of the extras I needed right away with all the uncertainty. No problem there - they will honor the deal on that day. These folks bent over backwards for me, and made a stressful purchase, that was more stressful with my car dying right as I was going on furlough... it really couldn't have been a better experience! Thanks AMY and RYAN!! There were several others who helped out too... thanks to the team too. My first Service visit: Coming back to Heritage Belair several weeks later to their new location, I was able to work with the Service Department, and again, Heritage staff took care of me, instead of going for the bigger sale they could easily have gotten. Back in the day - a car should have its oil changed early on in the 'break in' period. They were happy to provide the service, but explained to me, and to my spouse by phone (who was most concerned), that this really was not needed until 5,000 miles. It is an hour drive for me to get to Heritage... and it is well worth the trip!! More

The salesman who helped me was wonderful, he went over everything and we went for a test drive. I went back a couple of more times trying to decide which suv I liked, he was always patient and welcoming and answered any questions. He probably thought I was crazy coming in so many times. I finally decided to get the Mazda, but I waited until just recently, there were a few too many follow ups from the dealership, but not my salesman, but we just asked them to back off and we would be in touch when we were ready. The sales process went very smoothly and everyone made us feel welcome. More
