They didn’t pressure me at all and I purchased a used car from Mazda of Bel Air. Rodney Dais (General Sales Mgr) and Salesman Paul Gallo were awesome. They didn’t pressure me at all and when I had some initial problems with the car, they took care of it right away. They even gave me a loaner while the work was done. Paul was constantly communicating with me during the whole process. Ryan in finance also help me through the process of getting a loan with the best possible interest rate. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants great service! More

On the spur of the moment, an appointment cancelled and I gave super-salesman Ken Arment a call. I told Ken what I was trying to do with my trade in, the change in my commuting and asked if he could he help me AND get me out the door in time for work. Ken is true PRO. No problem can you be here within the hour? The thing with Ken is that he listened to exactly what I said and responded to my request. He wasted no time and presented my best options- which were all good- btw! He was clear and gave me all of the information I needed to make the decision that would work best for me. As soon as I got in the car I knew it was the one and I'm so so SO happy! It has taken me awhile to post this because things just went non-stop since I left the dealer. If Ken had not helped me that evening it would have been weeks before I could have gotten into the dealership. On top of everything else- I added a remote start and Ken took care of the installation arrangements and scheduling- which was no easy feat-he maneuvered around my schedule and I can't thank him enough! If he had not coordinated for me, I don't know when I would have scheduled it. No pressure-just outstanding service and assistance finding the best car for you- and that is what sales should be! -Zoom Zoom! More

Never once did I feel pressured; we looked at several vehicles before deciding on the vehicle we wanted and we couldn't be happier! Our family is so in love with our vehicle and we are so thankful to Andre for being so patient and kind throughout the process. We have a very busy family life and he was happy to go around our schedule, and was always available to assist us when we needed. We can't say enough about the customer service at Heritage Mazda and are so thankful to Andre for all of his help! BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD at a car dealership! My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle at last minute due to an accident and the need of having a vehicle that fits our entire family. I knew w My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle at last minute due to an accident and the need of having a vehicle that fits our entire family. I knew we would find a vehicle but I didn't expect to find a vehicle the same day as the accident. God led us to Mr. Andre Coleman who helped my husband select the vehicle we not only wanted but could also afford to make payments on. He included a free alignment and even stayed after hours to make purchasing the vehicle possible. I had the previledge to speak with him for a few minutes. Mr. Coleman is very kind, helpful and respectful. When I came in for the alignment I had my 3 year old and 4 month old. I didn't see where the service lane was so I parked and hauled my children inside. Right away I was greeted with a beautiful smile from Ms. Irene Rausch. She was kind enough to not only show me where the service lane was but to also sit with my children in the waiting room while I pulled the car in and took a moment to speak with Mr. Jordan Skokowski about the service I was receiving. And those of you with children understand how much of a blessing it is to have someone kind enough to help you with multiple children. Just the though alone of getting both of my children back into the vehicle and in their safety chairs or seatbelt had me overwhelmed considering I knew my 3 year old would put up a fight. I was very relieved when she offered to sit with them. When I finally pulled into the service lane I was greeted with a very kind voice from Mr. Skokowski. He allowed me to check on my children and Ms. Rausch had my 3 year old occupied with crayons and a coloring book while my baby was just smiling! So grateful I had her help! I then went into the office with Mr. Skokowski which did not take long at all. He was kind enough to explain in depth the questions I asked him and was even sociable enough to make small talk with me to make things less awkward as we sat and waited for the alignment clearance from Mr. Coleman. Mr. Skokowski said the alignment would take less than an hour and that is exactly what happened. When he announced to me that my vehicle was ready, I asked him where my vehicle was parked so I would not be aimlessly walking around the parking lot with my children. This man went out of his way and pulled my car up, parking it out front for me. Which helped me so much. Overall this was BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD at a car dealership. I would have no problem coming back for service again or even recommending them to anyone in need of a vehicle. THANK YOU SO MUCH to all of you at Heritage Mazda Bel Air. Bought a used Jeep from Wil Wells & made a new buddy I bought a 2015 Jeep Compass from my new buddy Wil Wells & it was actually fun to buy a car. First time ever. I usually dread buying cars b/c of the shenanigans of the sales team & the manager & the finance guy & all the junk that usually goes along with car purchases. Wil made the process so much fun. I loved the test drive, we swapped some stories about life while putting the Jeep thru a nice little test. Love the car. Loved the process. They were flexible w/me needing to hop into work meetings & stop the conversation, only to pick up where we left off (along w/some joking around) after I did what I needed to do. I had absolutely zero intention of buying a car, just wanted to do a quick test drive - but the process was so much fun & the deal was so good (was doing my research on my phone & having my gf do some on her laptop while i was test driving). All said...I'll probably drop by & have a coffee w/Wil the next time I'm in the area just to say hi. More
