He was very knowledgeable about all the car's features and helped me learn how to use them. After the test drive, I felt comfortable that this was the right car for me. It has been almost 10 years since I had bought a car before. Jonathan made sure the process was easy for me to understand and as simple as possible. The car had to be transferred from another location of the dealer, and Jonathan had the car ready that same day. He let me know everything I needed to bring in order to complete the paperwork and be on my way with my new car the next day.
