Excellent buying experience I initially went in to test drive a Mazda CX-5. I made it clear that I was going to test drive some other vehicles before I made my decision. I never felt pressured and, ultimately, I did end up returning a few months later to purchase a certified pre-owned CX-5. It was such a different experience from other dealerships (even including within Heritage Mazda dealerships, Bel Air is the absolute best!). Paul Gallo helped to make the experience so easy and fun! Again no 'In your fave you NEED this car', he listen, made note and made it happen. Dustin was also very helpful, as nervous and anxious I was to make the transaction, they gave me an awesome deal and were very transparent. All and all A+. More
