My sales person, Chris, was the reason I went to Heritage. He was incredibly helpful over the phone and found what I wanted and listened to what I needed. He helped me select the model that was right for me and also was sensitive to me having to hurry with my work schedule. I did not feel like Heritage Mazda cared nearly as much about my experience. From haggling over the Kelly Blue Book guarantee to discussing additional warranties and taking my final payment, I felt like I was just another sale. More
