Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Salesman was already asking me for personal info and didn't even introduce himself. Offered me $100 trade for a RAV4 under 200K that had just been inspected with new alternator, brakes, springs and tires less than a year old. That's not a typo. $100. I repeatedly stated that this is my offer, yes or no. They had me sign a library of forms before they would give me a monthly figure and at one point let me sit alone in a cubicle for 45 minutes. When I said I was leaving, they were suddenly available. Different finance guy offered over $100 more per month, and for an additional year. I left because they were not serious people.
