Everyone at the dealership is laid back, and we never felt pressured negatively into purchasing the car - which was so refreshing after looking at other dealerships. Santos has a great sense of humor, is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles, and he takes his time with his customers, which is something I really respect. He has made our family customers of his for life, and we highly reccomend him! Great experience! More

Excellent no pressure experience My wife and I were unexpectedly needing to replace a vehicle on very short notice. After visiting several other dealers with very questionable sales t My wife and I were unexpectedly needing to replace a vehicle on very short notice. After visiting several other dealers with very questionable sales tactics and constant pressure to move us toward a new car we were exhausted by the process. We found a few used vehicles on the heritage subaru website and made an appointment to test drive. The stafff was helpful and patient and our salesman Matthew Streete helped us to find the perfect car. I was appreciative of the difference that was evident in the entire experience at Heritage. I will continue to bring both of our Subaru's there for service and I fully expect I will but my next car there as well. More

Best experience I ever had buying an automobile. I am 59 years old and have bought many automobiles in my lifetime. Most of my experiences have been rated horrible to dreadful to say the least. That all changed when I met Alex Laderer a sales person at Heritage Subaru. He listened, was well informed , and streamlined the process, which was welcomed change from the norm. Moreover, there was no game playing which made me feel very much at ease. I would like to thank the Heritage team for all of the professionalism they exhibited during my visit and would highly recommend this dealership if your in need of a car. Overall Great Experience I initially came in to get a second opinion on my Subaru at the service station. I did find the service department was not super responsive which was I initially came in to get a second opinion on my Subaru at the service station. I did find the service department was not super responsive which was a bit frustrating. After I realized I needed a new car, I looked into cars at the dealership. The car I initially wanted and decided to get was actually not supposed to be for sale, but we didn't find that out until our second day in there. And of course there was no car that was in the same condition for the same price. In the end, we did end up getting another car brought in from another dealer and that was great. The team at Heritage did work to find me the right car that I really wanted which I really appreciated. Working with Santos and Alex particularly was really great, they are both stellar people to buy a car from and helped me ultimately get out of the door with my car. In addition, Shawn went out of his way to get the car I wanted from Silver Spring, I only wish that we were shown a car we couldn't have in the first place. I will likely use the service center there in the future and would probably buy a car there again. More
