Alex Laderer made this deal simple as all negotiations were completed on line. Alex was friendly and had a great knowledge of the car that we purchased as well as the car buying process. Josh Jones ov were completed on line. Alex was friendly and had a great knowledge of the car that we purchased as well as the car buying process. Josh Jones oversaw the finance part of the deal. Josh was able to navigate some rough waters when it came to dealing with an outside financial institute that was not very helpful.
