NOT TRUSTWORTHY!Took my car in for an oil service and NOT TRUSTWORTHY! Took my car in for an oil service and asked them to look at one of my tires that had a slow leak in it. They looked at the tire a NOT TRUSTWORTHY! Took my car in for an oil service and asked them to look at one of my tires that had a slow leak in it. They looked at the tire and told me that the tire had "slit" in it and could not be repaired. They also informed me that because I had an all wheel drive vehicle that all 4 tires would need to be replaced...the quote for all this...$980. Keep in mind that these tires are 30 months old, driven 30K miles and are at half their expected life and tread wear! Given that I'm not a schmuck...I declined to have the tires replaced and instead drove my car to a reputable local tire shop down the street from my house....$30 later I had my tire fixed and the nail that was causing the slow leak removed. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE CENTER! It's sad when you cannot trust the manufacturer approved service centers because they are morally bankrupt and driven to upsell you on replacement parts you do NOT need. In this instance I saved myself $950! Unfortunately, there will be others that are not so lucky and will be swindled by these people to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars that they do not need to spend! More

Even after the initial vehicle I was interested in sold, they called me back the second they had another vehicle that was in my criteria. Leading up to my test drive, I spoke with many people in the office, all incredibly helpful. But my main contact was Alex who was so friendly, knowledgable, and really helped me get the best deal on the vehicle for both of us. He was even welcoming of my 4-month old puppy! Though the experience took a long time, everyone involved was kind and helpful. Especially the business manager, Josh, who has the tough job of coming in at the end when you're ready to get out. By this point, it was quite late, but he was informative and jovial. Highly recommend Heritage Subaru! More
