When it became apparent that the vehicle wouldn't make it on time for the July 31 deadline for 0% financing (before Subaru extended through August), Mei Kei took it upon herself to find an identical vehicle at another dealership and have it driven to her dealership that day. My wife and I took the 240 mile trip from Long Island the next day and took ownership of our new 2020 Ascent Touring. In fact, the vehicle that she found for me, came equipped with a few extra accessories, and I was not charged extra for them. Buying a car out of state comes with a lot of unknowns, unfamiliarity, and anxiety, but Mei Kei made the process absolutely enjoyable! I would recommend Mei Kei to anyone without reservation, and I would make the trip down from Long Island all over again. More
