Talk to Fry First! John is excellent with what he does. Not your typical salesman, he actually has worked on almost every model of the VWs and Subarus and knows the John is excellent with what he does. I'm sure he knows a lot about other OEMs too being that he knows his stuff, but Subis and VWs were what I was interested in. This was the shortest timeline in making a decision to purchase a vehicle I've ever experienced, and it wasn't because I succumbed to a pushy sales environment (I'm an analytical shopper).. My decision was EASY because I had all the metrics and details I needed for comparison. I had prices to compare, features, expected maintenance milestones, overall cost of ownership, and of course safety ratings. He didn't overwhelm me with the details I wasn't interested in either, but he did give me information I hadn't thought to ask about. John made me feel like a car shopping professional! The last vehicle I purchased was through Carmax... Just don't do that to yourself, between Heritage and John's amazing service and ability to explain just about anything you will have a question about; there's no reason to shop anywhere else since it will be a waste of time and $.
