I started at a dealership that was closer to my house and had a horrible experience. Rather than listening to what I wanted they consistently tried playing games with me. Telling me certain models and trims weren’t on the lot when I knew they were. They tried to get me to commit to a car that I hadn’t driven let alone seen. I gave up with them and went a bit further away from home to Heritage. I walked in, and was instantly greeted by Mei Kei. She was amazing and listened to what I wanted and didn’t play any games with me. Not only did Mei Kei get me an amazing new car, she made it so easy and painless.
