We traded in two older vehicles, and would have driven the 2017 Forester home but it needed a windshield replacement so we ended up picking it up two days later. Everything great so far! More

We had a difficult situation to get through. She stayed in contact with me during the whole ordeal and worked with us until finally we got our new car. Kudos to the Jen at Heritage Collision, the general manager and Josh in finance for working with us too. My situation was unique, crazy and even mind-blowing but they helped me get through it. These people know what good customer service means. BRAVO!!! More
Alex made the experience painless I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Ascent. Alex and I were able to negotiate the entire deal ahead of time via email. He gave me a great offer ri I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Ascent. Alex and I were able to negotiate the entire deal ahead of time via email. He gave me a great offer right off the bat that exceeded the offers made by other dealers. I didn't have to push back at all. When I arrived at the dealership, the financial portion of the deal was already worked out so I only needed to test drive the car. I didn't have to worry about the deal changing once we sat down to do the paperwork. I asked for the out-the-door price upfront, and that was the price I paid. There were no extra fees or surprises thrown on at the end like I've experienced with other dealers. Alex was patient and responsive and made the entire process enjoyable. He even found me some snacks to eat once the process started to cut into my normal dinnertime! Overall this was an extremely pleasant experience with very little stress. I love my new vehicle and look forward to driving it for the next decade! More
Exactly what I asked for I was in an accident and after they determined my vehicle was totaled I had a short window of time to figure out what I was going to purchase. I had done a lot of research online and there were a few vehicles at this dealership that I wanted to see. I called and spoke with the service manager and asked if he could have somebody ready to show me the vehicles at a certain time. I also told him the type of person I wanted to work with I told him I needed somebody who would listen and not just try to sell me on what was on their agenda someone who would answer my questions and be knowledgeable but also be willing to tell me when they didn't know the answer and we need to follow up on it versus trying to make one up. I told him that I had a number in mind I needed to make the things work out on a monthly basis and he scheduled me an appointment with Mei Kei Hong. When I got to the dealership she instantly greeted me and said I have the keys ready to show you the cars you asked for she had pulled them around front and was ready to answer my questions and let me look around. She asked for a copy of my driver's license so I could test drive whatever I wanted and she had a license plate ready to go. She even let me run by my house which was very close by to test if a dog crate would fit in the back of the vehicle I'd still leave room for me to be able to see through the rearview mirror. Some of these things may sound easy or minor but I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and it takes a team have people who really care about what's important to you as the customer. From the manager Shawn that I spoke to, to Mei Lei, to finance, we were able to make a deal that got me out the door with exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel like I was trying to be sold or that I needed to haggle or hassle everybody was very upfront and honest the entire process. I would highly recommend you come meet this team. One thing that still blows my mind is they have two people on site that have a sole responsibility of understanding the technology in these vehicles. How many times have you sat in the car that was smarter than you only to look at your sales person and realize that they could tell you very little about all of the buttons and gadgets and what it meant and did? Often times I've driven off the lot having to read my own manual and push my own buttons to figure it all out. They schedule an appointment with me to meet with their Tech person to answer all of my questions and address the setup that I needed with the vehicle. I can't say enough good things about my experience so far they even Tracked Down the second key from the prior owner. If you're in the market Shawn is a great manager and he will put you with the right salesperson for your personality. Everybody in this place was so happy and smiling and nice helping each other out greeting each other's customers it didn't feel slimy at all I felt very warm very welcoming and like people actually enjoy their job huge diversity of staff and a really great experience all around. More

I started by texting him figuring out what I wanted. I did not want to get phone calls everyday and he was happy to talk through text. We found some cars I liked and he taught me a lot about the car before and during the test drive. He was not trying to pressure me in to buying a car and worked until I was happy with the deal. I cannot reccomend both him and the Dealership enough, wonderful job! More
