Dishonest and deceitful salespeople Dealing with Heritage Toyota of Catonsville, was both disappointing and infuriating. They were the only dealership who would not give me a price quot Dealing with Heritage Toyota of Catonsville, was both disappointing and infuriating. They were the only dealership who would not give me a price quote over the phone or email, instead just asking for the price I wanted, and then telling me my price request was a reasonable one. Both the initial salesman and his manager confirmed over email that my price request was reasonable and doable. Until I came in. They made me wait for almost an hour until they brought someone over to tell me that my price request was completely unreasonable. But first, they took the keys to my current car, and refused to give me a price quote until they had appraised the value of my trade-in car. Overall, this whole ordeal was an infuriating waste of 2 hours dealing with dishonest and deceitful people. More

I got everything I wanted and then some at the price I requested. My family loves Toyota and so the choice was not difficult I just needed to pic a model. I have faithfully returned for service and have been treated like family. Today I went in and Bob took extreme care of me and wanted to make sure I was educated and comfortable with what my truck required. As we parted ways this evening, I was a little sad as Bob gave me some great advice for the car and life. It made me think of my dad (whose passed) who drove Toyota almost 30 years. More
