Rude sales manager and damaged truck I purchased a new Tacoma a few weeks ago, and after an hour or so of negotiations my wife had some concerns about buying a vehicle that wasn’t physica I purchased a new Tacoma a few weeks ago, and after an hour or so of negotiations my wife had some concerns about buying a vehicle that wasn’t physically on the lot for us to see. She was confused about the standard equipment on the sr5 and instead of explaining or showing us the sales manager slammed my trade ins keys on the table and said if you don’t like my deal take your xxxx car back. My wife was in tears and I had to calm her down so we could finish the deal. Then upon receipt of the Tacoma I noticed the instrument panel is heavily scratched up. After reaching out to the dealer the customer service manager Steve reached out and set a time to fix it. They attempted to polish the scratches out and said “it looks good to him and he’d be hesitant to consider putting an instrument panel in” it looks just as bad as it did before and he’s not returning my calls. I paid for a new truck, it shouldn’t have damages already More
