Thank you for responding to my review. I never made any business with Heritage Toyota of Catonsville, but I heard many good things about the dealership through my circle. Albeit, my person expects was not good. The only thing I requested is to withdraw the credit inquiry application and that is doable according to the company where my credit report was pulled. And the answer I got from your sales manager is that "I don't know how to do that"; simply refused my request. I do not believe if that communication fits into the high standards that match your reputation. FYI, I called to the dealership and the first person who answered my call asked me how she can help me. So, I explained the situation and kept me on hold for a while and told me that sales managers are busy at the moment, we will call you back. It might be the busiest time, but it have been 3 days since I left the message and never got any return call!
