I have to give a special shout out to David Day. I came in yesterday to purchase a car and I had 0 knowledge. David really had his work cut out for him.. My experience with Heritage Toyota Catonsville was excellent! I wanted to especially commend my sales representative, Mike Bay. He is professional, polite, knowledgeable, kind and patient. He expla excellent! I wanted to especially commend my sales representative, Mike Bay. He is professional, polite, knowledgeable, kind and patient. He explained all my car's features and answered all my questions, or went to find answers to those he could not readily answer. He listened to what my needs were and found the perfect car for me, even though he had to go to another dealership to get it. Mike is honest and hard working and I hope the dealership sees a bright future for him, as I do. This young man gets perfect marks from me and I will recommend him to all I know who may be looking for a car. I hope the dealership has a way to reward Mike for his effort, skills and salesmanship. I would also like to thank Dean Ciccarelli, the General Manager, for taking time to personally speak with me. This was a surprise, but a welcome one. Dean is personable and explained additional features of the hybrid Rav 4, which helped me decide to give it a second look. Although this is only the fifth time in my life buying a car, this has been my best experience. I look forward to seeing how the service department holds up in comparison to the sales department when I bring my new Rav 4 Hybrid in for service!
