Great car buying experience Previous two used vehicles had been purchased from Carmax to avoid the usual haggling and manipulation of numbers customary in buying from a Dealershi Previous two used vehicles had been purchased from Carmax to avoid the usual haggling and manipulation of numbers customary in buying from a Dealership. Found the car I was looking for at a good price at Heritage, and negotiated the deal to my satisfaction ,mainly by EMail. My salesman was Ali Morsy. Mr. Morsy was quick to respond to all of my questions, and at no time did I feel misled or pressured, which was a first in buying from a Dealer! Purchase and Financing went very smoothly, and a minor issue with the car was resolved quickly and painlessly. I can honestly recommend Heritage Toyota for your vehicle needs, and Ali Morsy specifically for sales. He and Finance officer Jake Fought made this experience very enjoyable. More
