Not Recommended!Save your time !!! This is my worst ever experience at Toyota. They have no respect for anyone's time, even though there was a appointment made in advance. I unfortunately was asked to meet s Mr. S Rhee who had no respect for time whatsoever . He was trying to manage two guests at a time , going back and forth. Once we decided on 2 cars. He took us to one of them giving no excuse why he couldn't get the keys for the second one. At the top of that he left us there saying , we can come back once we are done " looking" . We obviously wanted a test drive since we were seriously looking for a car,but when asked we were suggested to come back inside after looking at the car . He seems disinterested and started making execuses that there is a car in front and he will have to check with his manager( who as a matter of fact left for the day earlier after greeting us) . Once we went back to him and asked for a car fax report he said he is looking for it and went back to other guest. I advise anyone who is serious to buy a car should avoid going there and save some time.I understand that Toyota is the brand but I strongly suggest to please avoid this dealership and try a different one and you may actually end up buying a Toyota! More

Didn't buy a car, yet I am leaving a good review I did not purchase the car with this dealership as I tumbled upon another good one at their other Heritage Unit. During my arduous used car buying experience, I have learned a lot and the below points are the reason why I am leaving a good review for Marc Talabert- - Lots of patience - Genuinely Smiling face - Offered as many test drives as I asked - Didn't think about a moment to offer a test drive of much much bigger valued vehicle, I almost would have purchased it if my wife hasn't took a big class at home - Answered all my questions Though Sean is a manager, his approach wasn't overwhelming as I have experienced at other places. Magician with words! I always serviced my vehicle at their dealership and now I am going to continue the same, this time with two cars, yes, I added another Toyota to my garage! I talked to James and I told him that he is the one I would really like to buy a car from because I trusted him. He not only got that car for me from Pennsylvania but he was so patient with us and he sat in the car with me for over 30 minutes showing me how everything worked. I made an appointment and when I arrived, he was well prepared to show me the cars that I had requested Mr. Talabert… is an excellent sales person. One of the things that I did not want was to spend an entire day in the dealership and because of his preparation, I was only there for a little more than 2 hours. It was a great experience. Wanted to.take the time and tell you all how great my experience at this dealership was when purchasing my Tacoma. In the past I have hated dealing with car dealers. I actually had another bad experien experience at this dealership was when purchasing my Tacoma. In the past I have hated dealing with car dealers. I actually had another bad experience the weekend prior to coming to this location. So heading into this I wasn't excited. But once I arrived and met with Virgil Boston he was very cordial and relaxed. He and the manager I dealt with who's name I can't recall were straight shooters and no pressure guys. I greatly appreciated that. The deal they gave me was good enough I drove off with the truck that day unexpectedly. Since then I have had experienced your service center workers as well to replace a taillight that was cracked when I purchased my vehicle. They were amazing as well. Once again thank you for making my experience great and we will be back for wife's vehicle next year. More
